An Update from the Scrum - The Second Row: Summer 2018

In my inaugural blog post for The Second Row, my goal was to define three things:

  • Why I started the company
  • Who we work with and the great work we do  ·
  • Our ethos: The Second Row works closely with each client to understand their complex corporate, sales and marketing goals. Helping them translate their vision into impactful narratives and great content that consistently produces top-notch quantitative and qualitative results.

Six months later, which is far too long between posts, I wanted to highlight some of the results we have recently secured for our clients:

  • ARITY: After a tremendous amount of hard work, the company officially launched Move: a blog by Arity in April.  As the Editor of Chief for the property, I can genuinely say it has been a lot of fun collaborating with the brilliant folks at Arity. To date my personal favorite has been this post that I worked on with Grady Irey that discusses the NFL, Big Data and the Insurance industry, which generated a great placement in a high impact trade outlet.
  • MATHWORKS: As the snow melted away and the Red Sox season kicked off, The Second Row started working with MathWorks: one of the Commonwealth’s most influential and innovative companies. Our charge was to increase the general awareness of the company in the Boston media and then nationally. The great news is that we recently worked with the Boston Globe on this story that heralds MathWorks’ recent expansion of their headquarters in Natick, Massachusetts.

Creating and executing high-impact campaigns and content for the clients at The Second Row has been our core focus from the start. If your organization needs an experienced partner with the knowledge and understanding to act as a de facto extension of your internal team, let’s talk about some potential solutions.

Cheers,

Matt
