The Second Row: Looking Back at 2023 In Order to Dive Headfirst Into 2024

Before we tackle the challenges and opportunities of the New Year, to help me plot the path forward in 2024, I thought it would be a good idea to reflect back on the achievements of The Second Row in 2023.

Here are a few of the highlights:

  • Active & Connected (A&C) Family Therapy – The total rebrand of the growing group practice officially launched in the spring, which included a totally new website, name, brand and logo, as well as the continuation of an innovative thought leadership campaign (podcast, blog) featuring the CEO and founder Amanda Sovik-Johnston.

  • ILI (International Legal Institute) – Emboldened by the leadership of their new Executive Director, we worked closely with his team to modernize their brand and website, while simultaneously creating a robust 2024 marketing plan which we have already kicked off with the organization in Q1.

  • CalABA (California Association of Behavior Analysis) – It was tremendous to see the strategic marketing and tactical planning work with did with CalABA in 2022 lead to a record setting attendance and revenue at their annual event in March. In fact, the event was so successful they held a second in late 2023, which was also a hit. 

We also did some excellent work for several other companies and organizations including The Artful Life (origin story creation and website consultation), Life Science Cares (podcast launch), Horizon Pharmacy (strategic messaging engagement), Search Maven Marketing (SEO execution), the JourneyMen Foundation (branding and website creation) and many others.
